to object the attitude of the State towards the religious phenomens.

The course will articulate around the principle of secularism and will have to object the attitude of the State towards the religious phenomens. The followings matters will be considered: a) constitutional guarantees of the religious experience: individual and collective profiles of the right of religious liberty; b) connections among secularism of She state, religious
pluralism and multiculturalism; c) unilateral legislation and principle of bilaterality; d) particular religious demands and choices of the State in theme of public financings, housebuilding of cult, education, religious symbols and signs; e) the religious problem in the European Union. The
ecclesiastical course will continue, as for the past, to reserve in whatever moment ample space to the actuality - as legislative as jurisprudence - and to the partecipation of colleagues of other Universities and experts of various religious confessions, as well as to solicit the affairs and to pick
up the provocations of the students themselves.
